George had his 13 month check in with the health visitor. He weighed in at 10.22kg (about 22lbs), and 76 cm (about 2.5 feet) which puts him just below the 50th percentile for both height and weight. Quite a difference from the 9th percentile weight and 17th percentile height he's been hovering above for the last 7-8 months...
His eyes are still blue, with undertones of green depending on what he's wearing. No one seems able to commit on his hair color though! Blonde in the sun, brown in the tufts and hints of red/auburn. His hair is still quite sparse though so we'll keep waiting.

First snow

He wasn't so sure about the cold wet stuff, with more of it falling on his face...
I doubt we'll see much more significant snow fall this year, so perhaps we'll give it a go next year?

New shoes

George has been walking unaided for over 2 weeks now. Still has quite a few topples but generally managing quite well. In honor of this, he got his first pair of real shoes, and here he seems to think it's a funny sensation. If all goes well, he'll try them out in the snow this afternoon.
